About Me

Graduating from Liverpool John Moore's University in 2013 with a degree in MPharm, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to individuals navigating the challenges of ADHD. As a clinician, my focus lies in accurately diagnosing ADHD in adults and implementing appropriate treatment strategies.

I am affiliated with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), which ensures that I adhere to the highest professional standards and ethical guidelines in my practice.

Throughout my career, I have achieved significant milestones that have shaped my expertise and leadership abilities. I have been entrusted with management and leadership responsibilities, highlighting my commitment to excellence.

I was honored to be nominated for the Chemist and Druggist Above and Beyond award, recognising my dedication and outstanding contributions to patient care. Furthermore, I have served as a clinical lead for the Covid-19 vaccination program, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the health and safety of the community.

In 2018, I obtained the qualification of Independent Prescriber, enabling me to prescribe medications independently. In 2023, I successfully completed a diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice, further enhancing my skills and knowledge. Additionally, I attained the designation of Advanced ADHD Practitioner in 2022, underscoring my commitment to staying at the forefront of ADHD treatment.

To stay current and continuously expand my expertise, I actively participate in ongoing professional development activities. I comply with yearly requirements set by the GPhC and engage in CPD events organised by ADHD 360. Furthermore, I continuously educate myself by reading articles and researching areas where I recognise the need for further knowledge enhancement.

The most rewarding aspect of my job is experiencing the clinical satisfaction when patients share how medication has helped them achieve their goals and positively transformed their lives. Witnessing the profound impact of treatment on their daily functioning and overall well-being brings me immense joy and motivates me to continue providing exceptional care.

While I am not currently involved in research, clinical trials, or publications, I am dedicated to remaining updated with the latest advancements in the field to ensure the highest standard of care for my patients.

Outside of my professional life, I have diverse interests that keep me engaged and balanced. I serve as a Special Police Constable, contributing to the safety and well-being of my community. Additionally, I have a passion for travel and enjoy exploring different countries and cultures.
