Welcome to ADHD 360 and The Patient Journey Information Section. We welcome you and hope that you choose us to help you through your ADHD Diagnosis, Treatment and Aftercare Support.
Our process begins with our system, Chrysalis. This system has been designed specifically for us to ensure that The Patient Journey is smooth, efficient and as easy as possible for you.
With Chrysalis, it all starts by telling us all about the patient:

Family medical history
Symptoms/ impairments
What brought you to ADHD 360
Your goals
All the information you provide is reviewed by one of our specialists.
We get “tuned in” to what your needs are and what you want to achieve and get you booked in for a face to face or video ADHD Assessment.
2. The Patient Journey | Assessment

Internationally validated questionnaires are used to help assess you, and if you meet the diagnostic criteria you will Receive an ADHD diagnosis.
We assess what form of ADHD treatment would be the best medicine, coaching or counselling.
If ADHD Medicine is the best option, we work with you to find the right ADHD medication and dosage.
3. The Patient Journey | Individual treatment plan

We keep in touch, usually every 3 weeks over the phone to make sure you’re on track, but our ADHD specialists are available via email when you need them.
We offer advice on a healthy ADHD lifestyle.
We will work with you to ensure your ADHD treatment is optimised for you.
4. The Patient Journey | Long term balance

If you’re on ADHD medication we make sure you’re in a good place, balancing your needs for ADHD treatment against any possible side effects
Then we write to your GP and see if they can take over prescribing long term
- Before you know it, you’re at your treatment anniversary ready to sign on for year 2 and beyond!
