More than your diagnosis
Starting with you. We understand that you want the best, for yourself, maybe for your child or relative. And it may well be that to get the best, you have decided to pay for it. And we know that’s not an easy decision.
Every clinician in our team and especially new joiners are graduates of the Adhd academy, our CPD accredited programme.
Following the academy all clinicians undertake a detailed preceptorship (medical training) programme which culminates in supervised assessments by one of the senior clinicians.
Following this we have a robust continuous assessment process during the clinicians 3 month probation (and beyond) which includes further 1-2-1 supervised assessments by an external medic, a very comprehensive audit of their work on 6 random patients cases, continuous professional development that is mandated and monthly appraisals. All of our clinicians are subjected to the assessment of our “6 categories of clinical excellence” a mandated framework of continuous assessment that includes their approach to development, their behaviours, team and patient feedback, prescribing standards and outcomes from their supervision episodes. Amongst other things.
