Festive Season Closures
ADHD 360 will be closed from December 23rd at 19:00, reopening at 09:00 on January 2nd, 2025. During this period, our telephone lines, social media channels, and email inboxes will be unattended, as our team takes a well-deserved break.
Please ensure you contact us to arrange a prescription in advance of the closure.
As you are aware, the holiday season often brings delays in postal and courier services, so ordering early is the best way to ensure timely delivery.
If you have scheduled appointments with our clinical team during the closure period, rest assured these will proceed as planned.

About Me
I am a qualified healthcare professional with experience in acute and emergency settings since 2013. Throughout my career, I have thrived in specialised areas, and joining ADHD 360 has opened up new and exciting opportunities for me.
Currently, I am in the process of completing my master's degree. I firmly believe that expanding my knowledge base enables me to deliver more comprehensive care to individuals from all walks of life.
I actively engage in ongoing professional development activities, including both in-house and external training. Networking and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field are essential to me.
The best part of my job is being able to help people and provide them with the support they need. I believe in creating a safe space for individuals to open up and find ways to navigate their struggles.
I believe that everyone we encounter has their own unique struggles and my ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on people's lives. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space where individuals can freely express their struggles and find the support they need.
In addition to my work in the ADHD field, I actively collaborate with stakeholders to enhance emergency care and acute settings. I seek out opportunities to support fellow members and nurses in their roles.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy exercising and exploring various hobbies, constantly seeking new interests as someone with ADHD myself. I have a deep love for animals, and being outdoors energises me.
