About Me

I'm an accredited counsellor and life coach with a deep passion for supporting individuals with ADHD and ASD to lead fulfilling lives. My journey in this field began in 2016, and since then, I have been dedicated to working with neurodiverse clients, helping them adjust to their diagnosis and effectively manage ADHD and ASD.

Having grown up in a family with neurodiversity, I intimately understand the impact of undiagnosed ADHD/ASD on both the individuals and their loved ones. My expertise lies in assisting young adults facing challenges after leaving the structured environments of home and school, as well as those striving to progress their careers within the workplace.

To continuously enhance my knowledge and skills, I actively engage in ongoing professional development activities. I am proud to be affiliated with reputable organisations like the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and The Association of Creative Counsellors. Additionally, I am in the process of obtaining ICF accreditation to further enrich my coaching capabilities.

One of the highlights of my career was the opportunity to deliver a Keynote Talk at Vetfest 2017, where I discussed the positive impact of Equine Assisted Therapy on emotional regulation and social skills.

As a counsellor and life coach, I find tremendous joy in helping my clients make sense of their neurodiverse experiences and equipping them with coping mechanisms and practical systems to reach their full potential, both emotionally and practically.

Beyond my professional life, I enjoy indulging in various hobbies such as horse riding, climbing, and learning Italian, which provide me with much-needed relaxation and balance.

With my accreditation as a counsellor and life coach, I possess a unique set of skills that allows me to address the emotional aspects of ADHD through counselling while also implementing interventions targeting core impairments like planning, time management, goal setting, organisation, and problem-solving through coaching.

I am committed to empowering individuals with ADHD to navigate life's challenges with confidence and achieve their personal and professional goals, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you on your journey to success.
