Festive Season Closures
ADHD 360 will be closed from December 23rd at 19:00, reopening at 09:00 on January 2nd, 2025. During this period, our telephone lines, social media channels, and email inboxes will be unattended, as our team takes a well-deserved break.
Please ensure you contact us to arrange a prescription in advance of the closure.
As you are aware, the holiday season often brings delays in postal and courier services, so ordering early is the best way to ensure timely delivery.
If you have scheduled appointments with our clinical team during the closure period, rest assured these will proceed as planned.

ADHD Counsellor
About Me
From 2002 when I began working therapeutically with my clients, I have been humbled by the positive transformations in my clients' lives. My connections with ADHD and working with neuro-diverse clients also began in 2002.
I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgemental and safe space to make sense of and explore their challenges, leads to greater self-awareness, self-esteem, more balance mental health and helps develop resilience to coping with the and deal with the challenges of daily life. Within ADHD 360 I will often see people who have recently had a diagnosis of ADHD and might want to make sense of what this means for then in their lives and begin to develop the coping mechanisms that will support them more fundamentally in learning how to deal with the specific challenges ADHD can bring and to begin to adapt, adjust and thrive.
My areas of expertise include Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement and Desensitisation Reprocessing, Coaching and Hypnotherapy and non-medical assessments within the ADHD field. As an Accredited Member of the Adult and CYP Register (Membership number NCS14-01041) with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I am also a Supervisor in my field for other therapists. I am committed to upholding professional standards and ethical practices in my work. Additionally, my affiliation with the Professional Standards Authority and CNHC reflects my dedication to providing the best support to my clients.
To stay at the forefront of this field, I actively engage in ongoing professional development. I attend conferences on ADHD, counselling, and self-development, and maintain regular supervision myself to ensure the highest standard of care for my clients.
For me, the best part of my job is witnessing the moment when my clients realise their inherent abilities to create positive changes and resources within themselves which means they discover within themselves how to create and lead a better quality of life. The healing power of the counselling and therapy space cannot be underestimated.
Beyond my professional life, I am a family lady at heart and an outdoors person! I cherish spending time with my family, experiencing experiences together. I coach at Grade 1 Level for the Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists, and I enjoy playing polo, traveling, and sharing moments with my dogs.
