Festive Season Closures
ADHD 360 will be closed from December 23rd at 19:00, reopening at 09:00 on January 2nd, 2025. During this period, our telephone lines, social media channels, and email inboxes will be unattended, as our team takes a well-deserved break.
Please ensure you contact us to arrange a prescription in advance of the closure.
As you are aware, the holiday season often brings delays in postal and courier services, so ordering early is the best way to ensure timely delivery.
If you have scheduled appointments with our clinical team during the closure period, rest assured these will proceed as planned.

About Me
I have worked as an adult mental health nurse since 2009. I attained my prescribing qualification in 2015 and proceeded to complete a masters in advanced clinical practice.
During my career I have worked across acute mental health services in the community, providing assessments and treatment plans for all age-group patients struggling with their mental health.
As part of this role, I have offered leadership support to my team and provided clinical expertise. I have also learnt about ADHD and helped support patients in accessing a diagnosis.
I have developed a keen interest in women’s health during my career. This has led me to further build upon my skills and knowledge such as post/peri-natal health and menopause. I am also bilingual and thoroughly enjoy working amongst different ethnic communities.
The diversity of working in acute mental health has allowed me to gain experience in many different clinical presentations, this allows me to provide my patients with the best treatment plans possible.
In my role as an ADHD360 clinician, I thoroughly enjoy helping patients identify their difficulties and supporting them to recover.
Knowing firsthand the difficulties an individual can experience with neurodivergence, helps me understand, empathise and gives me the determination to help my patients.
I regularly take part on training courses to further advance my knowledge and develop my skills. I am a registered clinician and regulated by the NMC.
Outside work life, I enjoy travelling. Spending time with my family. I love watching a good horror film. I attempt to garden and will shamelessly spend hours on TikTok!
