Alicia Cobos Ramos

I have always been passionate about helping others.

In 2014 I completed my Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Universidad de Sevilla, in sunny Spain where I am originally from.

I moved to different roles in hospitality, from receptionist to managerial roles, giving me over 10 years of experience in customer service.

Since I joined 360 I have learnt lots and I really like seeing the positive change we make in people's lives.

In my spare time I love hiking; I did the Coast to Coast walk in 2023. I like nature in general.

I also enjoy playing tennis and visiting new places.
