What your first year looks like

assessed ~5 weeks sooner

Select a package above and we'll show you how your first year unfolds.

Your assessment

Essential · around month 2

A detailed video appointment with a specialist ADHD clinician. You’ll talk through your history and how ADHD shows up for you, and leave with a clear outcome, plus an outcome letter for you and your GP.

Titration: finding your dose

Essential · months 2–5

If medication is part of your plan, we start low and adjust it together through regular reviews until you feel stable and settled. With ADHD360 there’s no separate waiting list for this; it follows straight on from your assessment.

Ongoing care & clarity

Essential · months 6–9

Regular check-ins with your clinician, prescription management, and adjustments as life changes. Many people describe this stretch as things gradually making more sense.

Your annual review

Essential · month 12

Towards the end of year one, you and your clinician review how treatment is working and agree the plan for year two. A simple annual renewal (from £450 total) keeps your prescriptions and reviews going, with no surprises.

Essential

Comprehensive

£2,850 paid in full

or from £154.19 per month, 29.9% APR (Variable)

Pay in full with ADHD360

Paid in two parts with no interest: your assessment fee at sign-up, then your treatment fee once you have been assessed. Essential is £950 then £790; Comprehensive is £1,550 then £1,300.

You can also split that treatment fee into 3 monthly payments with ADHD360. When choosing to split your assessment fee, Essential is £950 then 3x £349.67; Comprehensive is £1,550 then 3x £483.

Whichever route you choose, if your assessment finds you do not have ADHD, your treatment balance is refunded.

Beyond your first year

A simple annual renewal keeps your care going.

Your first year covers everything from assessment to a settled treatment plan. From year two, a yearly renewal keeps it all running.

  • Starts 12 months after your assessment and keeps your treatment plan active

  • Keeps your GP shared care agreement, or your prescriptions direct from ADHD360

  • Covers your care reviews and GP updates for another full year

  • Medication is billed separately, just like in year one

NICE guidelines require ongoing input from your ADHD specialist for your medication to keep being prescribed. Renewing means we’re here for the care reviews and updates that keep your treatment safe and consistent. Without it, your treatment plan can’t continue.

Your renewal maintains the shared care agreement with your GP, which is what lets them keep prescribing your ADHD medication through the NHS. If your prescriptions come directly from ADHD360 instead, renewal keeps those and our support in place.

Renewal rates are reduced after your first year, because your assessment and diagnostic work are already done. Pay £450 in full once a year, or spread it over 3 monthly payments of £180, interest-free, just like your first year.

Annual renewal · year 2 onwards

£450 in full, once a year

one payment covers your next 12 months of care.

£180 per month for 3 months

£540 total over 3 months.

Reduced from first-year pricing, as your assessment and diagnostic work are already complete.
