About Me

After qualifying as a pharmacist in 2003 with an MPharm from University of Bradford, I spent 11 years working across community pharmacy before focusing first on commissioned service development and then private healthcare services; resulting in extensive experience of collaboration and system working within primary care, developing patient centred healthcare services. Following this I spent 4 years with an NHSE commission supporting implementation, spread and adoption of both medtech and healthtech innovations across NHS organisations and systems.

I’ve worked with companies specialising in both autism and ADHD diagnosis and treatment in commercial and change leadership roles.

I have family experience of both ADHD and autism, and supporting people to understand and thrive with an ND diagnosis is very close to my heart.

Professionally, I’m passionate about creating new and innovative healthcare pathways enabling people to access professional and clinical healthcare services, with choice and information readily available to inform their healthcare decisions and journeys. ADHD360 gives me the opportunity to do this every day.

My life outside work very much revolves around my wife, my 3 children and a sausage dog called Dotty. I play guitar in a band and enjoy most sports when I get time. I used to do a lot of adventure sports such as climbing and throwing myself down hills on a bike and still would given half the chance and a day off.
