Gavin Clarke

Since 2022, I have worked at the NHS as a program improvement manager for the Cancer team at Lincolnshire ICB. Before that, I held several customer-focused and leadership positions during my long career at Heineken UK.

I take pride in being a part of a larger effort that has a tangible and life-changing impact not only on patients but also on their families. The positive influence we have can make a massive difference, and it's an honour to be a part of that effort.

I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my wife Hayley and my 2-year-old son Arlo. When I have free time, I like to go for a ride on my motorcycle (sometimes with my other son Aaron) and watch as many live sports games as I can. Also, the odd ghost hunt until the early hours of a weekend night with TVs Most Haunted.
