About Me

As a Non-Medical Prescriber with a background in General Adult Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, and Substance Misuse spanning 20 years, I bring a holistic approach to ADHD care, focusing on adult assessment and prescribing to help patients reach their potential through appropriate medication.

I am affiliated with the RCN and hold a Master’s in Health Psychology, which I integrate into my practice by exploring the link between physical and mental health during each client encounter.

Joining ADHD 360 and gaining the ability to prescribe have been significant milestones in my career, and I stay up-to-date with ADHD research. The most rewarding part of my role is creating a safe space for individuals to share their life stories, where I provide support through assessment, planning, and continuous care adjustments to help patients achieve stability and progress.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy event planning and decorating for parties. I am also passionate about hairstyling and fashion consulting, finding creative expression through these pursuits.
