When we decided to introduce coaching and family support we wanted to take an inclusive approach and offer a range of formats that cater to a range of budgets.

Group Support

Our group sessions are designed to help you understand your ADHD and learn new strategies for managing your ADHD symptoms in your day to day life. These sessions give you the opportunity to share your experiences and deal with them with the support of others who understand what you are going through.

If you’re an adult with ADHD, you know that it can be tough to manage it on your own. That’s why we offer themed support groups specifically for adults with ADHD.

Each week we’ll explore a different ADHD challenge, help you understand it and explore strategies that you can implement to overcome these challenges.

Parenting a child with ADHD can be challenging.

Our Parent and Carer Power hour is designed to help parents better understand their child’s ADHD and overcome the challenges they face.

We find doing this in a group helps parents realise they’re not on their own with these challenges.

1-2-1 ADHD Support Sessions

Our 1-2-1 ADHD support sessions are designed to offer guidance to adults navigating their own ADHD journeys, as well as parents or carers aiding children with ADHD.

You can use these sessions to gain deeper insights into our 'Power Hour' themes, or guidance and direction in the areas of ADHD you may be struggling with.

Each 1-2-1 ADHD support session is 1 hour long and priced at £35.

1-2-1 Coaching – We’re working with

We’re working with ADHD UK to provide tailored 1-2-1 support with their team of over 30 specialist ADHD coaches.

ADHD UK’s mission is to help people with ADHD navigate their life after diagnosis, underpinned by their commitment to advocacy, research and breaking down the stigma associated with ADHD.

Plus, ADHD UK is a charity, with a portion of the proceeds from their ADHD coaching being donated back to ADHD UK to help them continue building on their mission.

123 Magic

1-2-3 Magic works by addressing the task of disciplining children ages 2 through 12 without arguing, yelling, or using physical discipline.

This program offers easy-to-follow steps to immediately manage troublesome behaviour with reason, patience, and compassion. Parents learn how to encourage and respect a child’s growing independence with 10 strategies for building self-esteem.

Explore the three most important qualities for parents or teachers to exhibit in order to foster autonomy.

This award-winning program discusses the importance of establishing and maintaining a home in a fair and calm way.

Our 123 Magic course is broken down into 6 two-hour sessions giving you a chance to learn, implement what you learn and come back to discuss any challenges.

PIP, EHCP or DLA Masterclass

Our PIP and EHCP masterclass is designed to help you with your PIP or EHCP application. Delivered in small groups, we’ll take you through the application process, what to expect, things to be mindful of and offer our top tips.
