About Me

I am a passionate Advanced ADHD Practitioner specialising in adult ADHD diagnosis. Graduating as a pharmacist from Liverpool John Moore's University in 2013, My primary focus is on providing comprehensive care and support to individuals with ADHD.

As a dedicated professional, I am a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), ensuring that I adhere to the highest standards of practice in my field.

Throughout my career, I have had notable highlights that have contributed to my growth and expertise. In the early years of my career, I successfully managed a pharmacy, gaining valuable experience in patient care and management. Additionally, I had the opportunity to serve as a clinical lead at a mass vaccination centre during the initial phase of the COVID-19 vaccination program. These experiences have further enhanced my skills and deepened my understanding of patient needs.

I am committed to ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field. I comply with the yearly CPD requirements set by the GPhC, ensuring that I continuously enhance my knowledge and skills. I actively participate in CPD accredited training sessions organised by my ADHD 360 and attend training events held by Takeda throughout the year.

The best part of my job is being involved in the entire patient journey. From the initial assessment to the treatment and management of ADHD, I enjoy setting patients on their journey to stable and optimised and being able to review the progress made in their pre-treatment goals. Witnessing their growth is truly rewarding.

While I am not currently involved in research, clinical trials, or publications, I actively seek opportunities to stay informed about the latest research and findings. I regularly participate in webinars organised by ADDitude and Takeda, ensuring that I stay up to date with the current developments in the field.

Outside of my professional life, I have specific hobbies and interests that bring me joy and balance. I have a passion for baking, indulging in the creativity and satisfaction that comes from creating delicious treats. Additionally, I love to travel and explore different cultures, cherishing the opportunity to meet people from diverse backgrounds.
