Kim Sharp

I am a nurse practitioner and clinical team leader, with a total of 18 years of experience working with children with ADHD, and 4 years of experience working with adults. I have developed a deep understanding of this condition across different age groups.

My expertise extends to assessing for co-occurring conditions, including autism, ensuring comprehensive and holistic care for my patients. Additionally, I have 15 years of experience in prescribing medications to support individuals with ADHD, ensuring they receive appropriate treatment.

To stay at the forefront of my field, I actively engage in ongoing training and education, dedicating time on a monthly basis to enhance my knowledge and skills in the field.

One of the best parts of my job is providing the right diagnosis for children and families who have waited anxiously for assessments for many years. Witnessing the transformation of a child who becomes stable and starts living their best version of themselves brings me immense satisfaction.

Outside of work, I have a passion for line dancing and find joy in the rhythm and movement it offers. Reading is another hobby I indulge in during my leisure time, allowing me to explore different worlds and broaden my horizons.
