Sophie Quick

Hi, I'm Sophie Quick, and I'm the Children and Young People SME and Staff Supervisor at ADHD 360.

I have a diverse background that includes a first-class honours degree in equine science and biomechanical training, and two years of experience as a Dialectical Behavioural Therapist in forensic mental health.

I'm passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives, and I'm fortunate to have a supportive team here at ADHD 360 that helps me do just that.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing drums and singing, water sports, and spending time with my family.
