Mariana Hella

I joined ADHD 360 in August 2024 and feel incredibly privileged to work for such a remarkable company, surrounded by kind and dedicated colleagues.

I graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Business Psychology from the University of Greenwich, and in 2023, I was accepted to pursue a Master of Arts in Business Ethics at the University of Malta. However, I chose to return to the UK to follow a different career path for now.

ADHD has had a personal impact on a few of the closest people in my life, which has made this role even more meaningful to me. I am truly passionate about our mission, and I strive to meet the needs of our patients to the highest possible standard.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, exercising, painting, reading, and traveling. I try to visit my family in Finland twice a year, and at home, I care for two dogs, two cats, and three ponies. I also have a love for collecting crystals and houseplants.
