About Me

I am a General Practitioner (GP) with a special interest in ADHD and female hormones, including menopause and PMS. I graduated as a Medical Doctor in 2001 from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Dr Carol Davila, Bucharest, Romania, and later qualified as a GP (Family Medicine Doctor) in 2007. My career has spanned both private and NHS settings in the UK, where I have gained extensive experience in patient care.

Between 2009 and 2014, I worked as a Resident Medical Officer in private hospitals before transitioning into primary care. From 2014 to 2023, I worked as a Private GP with HCA Primary Care UK at Roodlane Medical. To return to NHS practice, I completed the Induction and Refresher Training for NHS GPs between 2020 and 2022, leading to my registration as an NHS GP Performer without restrictions in 2022. I now work as a Locum GP, providing care across various NHS GP surgeries and out-of-hours providers. In 2024, I joined the ADHD 360 Academy to further develop my expertise.

I am affiliated with the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), General Medical Council (GMC), British Medical Association (BMA), and the National Association of Sessional GPs (NASGP). Dedicated to ongoing professional development, I regularly attend conferences, webinars, and study groups through Local Medical Committees in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. I also participate in annual NHS appraisals and maintain my five-year GMC revalidation.

The most rewarding part of my work is talking to patients, helping them understand their condition, and empowering them with the knowledge to improve and maintain their health. Outside of medicine, I enjoy hiking, travelling, classical music, spirituality, and complementary medicine.
