Louis Hewell

I hold a BSc in Business Psychology and an MSc in Human Resources Management, specialising in personality psychology. My master’s dissertation, which examined how personality tests are utilised in recruitment processes across the UK, received a distinction and led to a PhD offer from the University of Lincoln. I am also CIPD level 7 qualified.

At ADHD 360, I enjoy collaborating with the dedicated team in Nettleham, who are all committed to a fantastic cause. Outside of work, my interests include spending time in the gym, cooking, and playing golf.
