Over the last few years, ADHD 360 has treated, worked with, presented to, supported, coached, and learned from people involved at every stage of the ADHD journey.

To ensure we consistently deliver the highest standards of ADHD care, we created the ADHD 360 Academy, a dedicated internal training programme designed to support the development of our team.

Our internal ADHD Academy training is designed to give every team member at ADHD 360 a comprehensive, real-world understanding of ADHD.

Training is delivered by leading experts actively working within the ADHD field, providing a deep, practical understanding that goes beyond textbook theory. Our trainers help team members to develop specific strategies and techniques that can be applied immediately in day-to-day practice.
Ultimately, the goal of our Academy training is to support our team in providing the highest standards of care and support for those living with ADHD.

At ADHD 360, delivering outstanding care to patients starts with investing in the people who deliver it — our team.
Our internal ADHD Academy training has been designed to combine the best of academic ADHD learning with the practical, day-to-day experience of a leading specialist clinic. This ensures our team members gain not just theoretical knowledge, but the real-world skills needed to make a genuine difference.
Through Academy training, our staff benefit from:
The Academy supports team members at all stages of their journey with us — from their initial onboarding to building a long-term career within ADHD care.
At ADHD 360, our commitment to learning and professional development is part of what makes our service, and our team, stand out.
ADHD 360 was founded by three remarkable individuals, each bringing extensive expertise and passion to the field of ADHD care.
Lisa Mangle — an ex-teacher turned nurse — has become one of the UK’s leading clinicians in ADHD for both children and adults, and remains a driving force behind our patient-centred approach.
Jen Lewis-Neill, a specialist ADHD nurse in both adult and paediatric fields, previously set up and managed clinics across the North West of England. She was also invited to contribute to the development of the NG87 NICE Guidelines, helping to shape national ADHD care standards.
Dr Phil Anderton has worked in ADHD for over 20 years, including two years embedded within the NHS, where he led improvements to clinical pathways for both adult and paediatric ADHD services.
Bringing these three founders together set the tone for excellence at ADHD 360, establishing our '360 model' of patient care — built on expertise, compassion, and a commitment to continual improvement.
At ADHD 360, we believe that delivering exceptional care starts with supporting the people who provide it — our team.
When you join us, you’ll gain access to our structured, in-depth Academy training as part of your onboarding. Designed and delivered by experienced ADHD practitioners, our programme equips you with the knowledge, skills, and practical strategies you need to thrive in your role and make a lasting difference to the lives of those living with ADHD.
We’re proud to offer our team real-world clinical experience, ongoing professional development, and a supportive environment where growth is part of everyday life.
At ADHD 360, a career is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to change lives, starting with your own.
If you’re passionate about ADHD care and want to build your career within a leading specialist clinic, we’d love to hear from you.
