This includes:

  • ADHD educators
  • Parents of children with ADHD
  • Teachers with ADHD experience
  • The National Health Service (NHS)
  • And healthcare professionals from across the world

To ensure we consistently deliver the highest standards of ADHD care, we created the ADHD 360 Academy, a dedicated internal training programme designed to support the development of our team.

By investing in the growth and expertise of our staff, we are strengthening the quality and consistency of the care we provide to patients nationwide.

About ADHD 360

ADHD 360 was founded by three remarkable individuals, each bringing extensive expertise and passion to the field of ADHD care.

Lisa Mangle — an ex-teacher turned nurse — has become one of the UK’s leading clinicians in ADHD for both children and adults, and remains a driving force behind our patient-centred approach.

Jen Lewis-Neill, a specialist ADHD nurse in both adult and paediatric fields, previously set up and managed clinics across the North West of England. She was also invited to contribute to the development of the NG87 NICE Guidelines, helping to shape national ADHD care standards.

Dr Phil Anderton has worked in ADHD for over 20 years, including two years embedded within the NHS, where he led improvements to clinical pathways for both adult and paediatric ADHD services.

Bringing these three founders together set the tone for excellence at ADHD 360, establishing our '360 model' of patient care — built on expertise, compassion, and a commitment to continual improvement.
