About me

With two years of experience working in ADHD, I bring a combined passion for mental health, women’s health, and safeguarding to my role. I’m especially interested in how ADHD affects women across the lifespan - physically, emotionally, and socially - and in creating safe, supportive environments for recovery and growth.

A proud member of the Royal College of Nursing, my career has spanned a variety of roles, but one of the highlights has been my time working with the homeless community, where I helped establish a dedicated Homeless Health Service in my local county. This experience deepened my commitment to accessible care and taught me the power of meeting people exactly where they are.

I’m committed to ongoing professional development, and have completed training as an Independent Nurse Prescriber, as well as in the Management of Minor Illness. I’m currently studying Endocrinology, with plans to begin a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychiatry in the near future - continually building my ability to serve patients holistically.

The best part of my job is the patient contact - being able to help people feel seen, heard, and validated, and supporting them on their journey toward reaching their goals.

Outside of work, I find balance and joy through hiking, walking, yoga, and Qigong. I’m also passionate about the arts and theatre, and love immersing myself in creativity and culture.
