ADHD Coaching and Family Support with ADHD 360
ADHD 360 are proud to offer a new service to all our patients, especially those patients seeking additional support after medical treatment.
The core elements of the new ‘offer’ range from coaching through to patient support, whether individual or in a group. Most of this will be delivered through video conference.

Adult ADHD Power Hour – Themed Groups
These small, tailored workshops will focus on a topic each week, working as a group, to discover more about ADHD and working through the challenges that may arise. A diagnosis of ADHD can be overwhelming but with support and guidance, from a holistic approach, it can be a positive attribute which will harness your inherent skills and qualities.
Each session is delivered via zoom and limited to twelve people to ensure that everyone has a voice.

ADHD Awesome
ADHD Awesome is a psycho- education programme developed to help young people understand their ADHD diagnosis.
It involves the whole family discovering and learning about ADHD, the impact it has upon them as well as strategies on how to work WITH ADHD rather than against it.
Throughout the five weekly sessions we will explore the ADHD brain and how it works, communication strategies and how to respond instead of reacting, mindfulness and meditation, strengthening a positive growth mindset as well as how to support the executive functions.
The programme is worked around you and your needs. It is adapted to you and your family and is personalised so that you get the most out of our time together.

1:1 ADHD Life Coach
ADHD Life Coaching can help with identifying your goals and motivate you to forge ahead with them.

ADHD Awesome – Peer Mentoring Group Programme
This is a unique programme for young people (aged 13+) to train to become ADHD Awesome Peer Mentors. Each 90-minute session is delivered online, via Zoom and resources will be provided prior to the course beginning.
Who better to become an ADHD Peer Mentor than young people who have lived experience of ADHD?
During the programme they will explore their own ADHD brains whilst reflecting, each week, on ways to support their peers in school, whilst socialising or at clubs and groups.

Navigating ADHD & Autism
A workshop for parents/carers to get to grips with a new diagnosis.
This is a three-week course which aims to provide an overview of ADHD and Autism (ASC) that aims to help you ‘get to grips’ with both of these conditions.
It can be a daunting and overwhelming time in your life but this training helps to empower you, as parent/carers, to embrace the diagnosis and move forwards with a better understanding – both for yourself and your child.
This programme is aimed at breaking down the barriers which may prevent you from understanding how to navigate these conditions. It is delivered by a qualified facilitator with lived experience.

Identify hypo and hypersensitive traits
Discuss the causality of ADHD and ASC

Parenting Resilience
Parenting a child with special education needs can be exhausting but, as parent/carers, you keep on going to ensure your child receives the best support and guidance that is available.
This two-hour short course will focus on the need for parent/carers to be aware of their mental, physical and emotional health and will provide tips and strategies to move forwards with a stronger positive growth mindset.
This fun, educational and reflective workshop is packed full of resources to help navigate you through a busy and, sometimes, hectic life.
A downloadable workbook, accompanies this course, which contains all you need to join in and make the most of the time available.

123 Magic: Positive Parenting Programme
1-2-3 Magic works by addressing the task of disciplining children ages 2 through 12 without arguing, yelling, or using physical discipline.
This program offers easy-to-follow steps to immediately manage troublesome behaviour with reason, patience, and compassion. Parents learn how to encourage and respect a child’s growing independence with 10 strategies for building self-esteem.
Also discussed are the three most important qualities for parents or teachers to exhibit in order to foster autonomy. Tips are included on how to prevent homework arguments, make mealtimes more enjoyable and conduct effective family meetings.
This award-winning program discusses the importance of establishing and maintaining a home in a fair and calm way.
