About me
With three years of experience working with individuals with ADHD, I have developed a strong interest in the overlap between neurodevelopmental conditions and more complex challenges - particularly severe mental health disorders, substance misuse, and forensic backgrounds. These intersections are where I find the work most impactful, as they often involve patients facing some of the biggest barriers to recovery and change.
I’m a proud member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), and throughout my career, I’ve remained focused on expanding my clinical knowledge and frontline experience. My long-term goal is to continue developing my leadership skills, with the hope of stepping into a clinical lead role in the future.
The most rewarding part of my job is simple: helping people change their lives. Seeing someone gain insight, access support, and begin to transform their path is what motivates me every day.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active - going to the gym, exercising, and walking my dog are essential parts of my routine and help me maintain balance and focus
