About me

With over nine years of experience working with ADHD, I specialise in paediatrics with a particular focus on co-occurring neurodevelopmental conditions, paediatric physical health, and safeguarding. My clinical approach is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a deep understanding of the complex interplay between physical and developmental health in children.

I am a registered member of both the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the Royal College of Nursing (RCN). Throughout my career, I’ve been privileged to hold diverse roles across child health, including my time in Children’s Intensive Care—a key milestone in developing my resilience and clinical expertise.

A career highlight for me was achieving my Non-Medical Prescribing qualification, followed by being appointed Nurse Consultant for Paediatrics at ADHD 360—a role that allows me to help shape and grow a vital service for families and children.

I actively engage in ongoing professional development, attending evidence-based training and conducting self-led research to ensure the highest standards of care. I also contribute to the field as a participant in the ADHD and Women’s Health Survey, led by Emma van Andel and Maxime de Jong—an important ongoing research initiative exploring gender-specific ADHD experiences.

The best part of my job is supporting colleagues and families alike, and playing an integral part in the growth and development of the Paediatric Service at ADHD 360.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a big fan of musicals and singing—creative outlets that bring me joy and balance.
