According to a new study from leading ADHD nutritional therapists, So Nutrition:

  • Nine in 10 people with ADHD struggle with impulsive eating.
  • Two thirds (63%) of people with ADHD have the weekly or even daily habit of missing meals.

The findings

The findings illustrate the challenges that people with ADHD face when it comes to diet and eating habits. The report also includes commentary from ADHD360 founder and former CEO, Phil Anderton.
