The Advanced ADHD Practitioners Training Programme
At ADHD 360, we deliver exceptional care by investing in the people who make it possible. Our Advanced ADHD Practitioners Training Programme is more than an onboarding requirement - it's a core part of how we develop our team, maintain clinical excellence, and create a unified approach to care.
This CPD-accredited programme is delivered through the ADHD 360 Academy and is mandatory for all new team members, not just clinicians. From patient coordinators to support staff, we ensure everyone starts with the same foundation of knowledge and values, so that every patient interaction reflects the standard we're known for.

Our Advanced ADHD Training for Professionals programme is CPD accredited, meaning it meets recognised standards for professional learning and development. It equips our team with practical insight, clinical context, and shared values that underpin how we deliver ADHD care.
This is not a passive induction or a generic mental health course. It’s a specialist training experience that reflects the real-world demands and responsibilities of working at the UK’s largest single-specialist ADHD clinic. And it’s central to how we maintain quality, consistency, and trust across every patient interaction.
This training is mandatory for all new starters at ADHD 360 across every team and department.
That includes:
We don’t believe clinical quality can be siloed. Our patient-first model works because everyone is aligned, trained to the same high standard, speaking the same language, and working with the same values in mind.
The ADHD 360 Academy is delivered as a residential training programme, designed to give new team members the time and space to fully engage with their learning. By stepping away from the day-to-day, participants are able to focus, reflect, and connect with others who are also joining the organisation.
The programme combines structured teaching with group-based activities and applied learning, all led by experienced trainers from within ADHD 360. Practical arrangements are communicated ahead of time to ensure delegates are well prepared.
This format allows new starters to build knowledge and confidence in a supportive environment, while laying the foundations for the high standards of care we are known for.
The programme includes 11 structured modules that combine academic understanding with practical application.
Topics covered include:
This is a challenging and thought-provoking course that expects active participation, because delivering excellent care requires more than just knowledge. It requires mindset, confidence, and purpose.
A consistent foundation
Everyone, regardless of role, completes the same core training ensuring seamless collaboration and a joined-up service.
Confidence in your contribution
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how ADHD 360 works, how patients experience our care, and how your role supports their outcomes.
CPD-accredited development
The training is formally accredited and contributes to your ongoing professional growth.
A culture of connection
Training together gives new team members a chance to build strong peer relationships, forming the foundation for cross-team working and long-term success.
ADHD 360 was founded by three professionals who recognised the need for faster, better, more compassionate ADHD care in the UK:
Lisa Mangle – pioneering ADHD nurse
Jen Lewis-Neill – national clinical leader, NG87 NICE guideline contributor
Dr Phil Anderton – system change expert and long-time ADHD advocate
Together, they built a specialist clinic focused on timely diagnosis, high-quality treatment, and an experience that puts patients first. Today, ADHD 360 supports thousands of people across the UK - setting the standard in ADHD care.
This course is not about ticking boxes.
It’s how we ensure every staff member:
The Academy helps us scale as a team without ever compromising the standard of care we offer.
By joining ADHD 360, you’re not just starting a job, you’re entering a service that supports your development from day one. The Academy is just the beginning of the opportunities we provide to grow, specialise, and make a lasting impact.
Staff who complete the training tell us they leave not only more informed, but more inspired to be part of something meaningful.
Our team members continue to access support and learning opportunities after the Academy, from specialist webinars and clinical workshops to new service innovations.
If you’re looking for a workplace that invests in you from the start, where training is a priority, not an afterthought, ADHD 360 could be the right place for you.
We’re always looking for talented, committed people who want to make a difference. If that sounds like you, head to our Careers Page to explore current opportunities.
