About Me

I graduated from University of Lincoln with a BSc in Health and Social Care in 2021, and from there I was managing pubs and restaurants for a while, which was fun for a while, but gave me little routine and drive. I then went into sales for the routine and found myself still unfulfilled. It wasn’t until I joined ADHD 360 where I felt as though I was truly in the right job, and doing something that I love.

I currently work as an Enquiries Administrator, and I will soon be beginning a Masters degree specialising in neurodiversity to give me the best position to then go on and complete an ADHD Coaching course, which is ultimately my career goal. Whilst I love being on the front line of ADHD 360 and assisting patients in the ways I can right now, I can’t wait until I am in a position to be one of their team helping them to create those strategies and tools to help them manage their ADHD long-term.

In my spare time, I love hiking and my dog, Parker tends to join me. Whether it’s a stroll around a local park, or a hike up Mam Tor, we love it! I also prioritise my physical health and try to go to the gym five days a week (although I HATE cardio and avoid it like the plague).

Oh, and jetting off on trips is probably my favourite holiday. I am trying to do 30 countries before I hit 30 years old, but I didn’t go abroad until I was 18! I have 23 countries to go in the next 5 years.
