About Me
I have been qualified as a Registered Nurse Mental Handicap (RNMH) since 1993 and have over 10 years of experience in ADHD.
I have always had a special interest in working with children and helping families navigate the education system.
During my career I spent time working as a volunteer nurse with the MS society of Romania. When I returned to the UK, I began work within a children’s respite care centre for children with a learning disability and medical issues for 14 years.
As part of my commitment to my role in the treatment of ADHD, I attend professional webinars, academic meetings, and regularly read journals, books, and papers to keep updated with the latest research in ADHD.
In the past I have presented on ADHD and Education for Barnet and Haringey CAMHS academic meeting and Essex and Hertfordshire ADHD study day sponsored by Flynn Pharma. I have also presented on the enrichment programmes for Bedford University for many years.
I enjoy working with families and being part of their life story. It is rewarding to help them progress and achieve their goals.
Outside of my professional life, I love spending time with my wife and being an uber to my children!
