About Me
Since 2011, I have immersed myself in the field of neurodiversity, focusing on providing comprehensive post-diagnosis support and helping individuals navigate their work environments through reasonable adjustments. My expertise lies in empowering people to thrive in their professional lives while effectively managing their ADHD.
I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), Association of Business Psychologists (ABP), and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
My career highlights include establishing and leading a community mental health treatment service, becoming a Consultant grade Psychologist, and achieving dual qualification status as both a Forensic and Occupational Psychologist.
I am currently undertaking a professional doctorate in Occupational Psychology and engage in regular CPD.
The best part of my job is being able to hear a person's story and help them understand themselves better.
I have previously contributed to publications on topics such as the forensic aspects of autism and Asperger's syndrome. I have also been a contributing author to educational resources in psychology.
Beyond my professional life, I serve as a school governor with responsibility for Special Educational Needs and Safeguarding. I also have a small craft hobby, where I create items inspired by well-being and positivity. And of course, my family keeps me busy and fulfilled when I'm not working.
