Ella Brennan

I am a qualified healthcare professional with over a decade of experience in Urgent and Emergency care, Mental Health and Primary Care. Throughout my career, I have thrived in specialised areas and strived to excel and take on new challenges.

Highlights of my career involved being the National Lead for acute and emergency care with the RCN and managing an urgent treatment centre, providing wider skills to acknowledge the full holistic care of a patient and how they intertwine with symptoms of ADHD.

I have completed my Master in Advanced Clinical Practice which expanded my knowledge and enables me to deliver comprehensive care to individuals from all walks of life.

I actively engage in ongoing professional development activities, including both in-house and external training. Networking and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field are essential to me which help lead me to publish two journal articles and contributed to a book publication,
The best part of my job is being able to help people and provide them with the support they need. I believe in creating a safe space for individuals to open up and find ways to navigate their struggles.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy exercising and exploring various hobbies, constantly seeking new interests as someone with ADHD myself. I have a deep love for animals, and being outdoors.
