About me

Although I’m new to the world of ADHD, I bring with me over 10 years of experience as a Paramedic, having worked across both emergency medicine and urgent care. My current role as Clinical Governance Lead reflects my passion for improving clinical standards and ensuring patients receive the highest quality care and experience throughout their journey.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a proud member of the College of Paramedics. Recently, I completed my MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, further strengthening my clinical foundation and leadership capabilities.

One of the standout highlights of my career was working on the Community Emergency Medicine Service, where I had the privilege of delivering enhanced critical care - typically reserved for air ambulance settings - and urgent care support in people’s homes. This model helped reduce unnecessary hospital admissions and offered patients dignified, advanced care in their own environment.

In my current position, I’m fortunate to work alongside some of the most skilled clinicians in the ADHD field, and I find it incredibly rewarding to witness the real difference they make in patients’ lives.

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of rugby - although my playing days are behind me, I still enjoy the sport and everything it represents.
