Alicia Cobos Ramos

In 2014, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Universidad de Sevilla, located in the beautiful and sunny Spain, where I am originally from.

Over the past decade, I have held various roles in the hospitality industry, ranging from receptionist positions to managerial roles, which has given me extensive experience in customer service.

Since joining 360, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and truly enjoy witnessing the positive changes we make in people's lives.

In my spare time, I love to hike. One of my most memorable hikes was the Coast to Coast walk in 2023. I also enjoy playing tennis and exploring new places. Nature and travel are my passions.
