From world-class athletes and creatives to entrepreneurs and medical professionals, each episode sheds light on lived experiences and challenges the misconceptions still surrounding ADHD today.
This is not just a series about diagnosis—it’s about identity, success, resilience, and the power of being understood.
Here’s a glimpse at some of the inspiring people you’ll hear from across the series:
And that’s just the beginning. Across all 12 episodes, you’ll hear from high achievers with personal and professional connections to ADHD—sharing honest stories that educate, empower and inspire.

ADHD Beyond the Label is led by two individuals who bring distinct and complementary perspectives to the series—driving each conversation forward with insight and authenticity.
John Reynolds, creator of Extraordinary Life Stories, brings a depth of experience in real, human storytelling. Known for his ability to hold space for honest and impactful dialogue, John helps uncover the personal journeys behind ADHD—creating space for guests to speak openly and be heard.
*Phil Anderton, PhD—CEO of ADHD 360—**joins John in leading the series, bringing over two decades of ADHD expertise to the table. His career spans research into the link between ADHD and criminal outcomes, work to improve NHS clinic efficiency, and co-founding ADHD 360 to transform care for individuals with ADHD across the UK.
We’re incredibly proud to see our CEO take such a central role in this groundbreaking series. While ADHD Beyond the Label is not an ADHD 360 production, its mission to challenge stigma, raise awareness, and reframe the conversation around ADHD reflects everything we stand for.
