Complaint FAQs
Yes. If you are the patient's parent, guardian or have appropriate consent, you can raise a complaint on their behalf.
Your complaint will be reviewed by our Experience team.
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days if in writing and explain the next steps. We may contact you if we need further information before completing our investigation.
We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days complaints and provide a full response within 28 working days. If an investigation takes longer than expected, we will keep you updated along the way.
No. Raising a concern or complaint will not affect the care you receive from us.
Yes. If you remember further details after submitting your complaint, you can contact us and we will add the information to your case.
If you remain dissatisfied after we have responded, we will explain the next steps available to you in line with our complaints procedure.
