Live Chat Upgrade
As ADHD360 continues to grow, we are always looking for new ways to improve the service we provide, making sure every patient’s experience meets the high standards we set for ourselves. One of the most common ways people begin their journey with us is through our website's live chat. It offers quick and direct access to our team, who are ready to help with any questions that come their way.
We have now launched our new live chat. It is faster, smarter, and more intuitive than before, providing instant answers to questions about appointment bookings, cancellations, prescriptions, and much more that was not available previously.
This development supports our ongoing goal to provide the best possible experience for you, our patient. Due to the sensitive nature of the information that can be shared through the live chat, this feature is available only to patients who have signed up and are members of Chrysalis.

The New Commands
Quick access to the information you need was the driving force behind this update. Take a look at some of the new commands you can use below.
Prescription Tracking
For patients who choose to take the medicated route following an ADHD diagnosis, the new chat can now provide updates on your prescription. You can ask when to expect your next delivery, check the status of a delayed prescription, find out if it has been refused, or receive your tracking number to help you plan ahead and ensure you are home for delivery.
Assessment Bookings
You can now book your assessment directly through the chat bot. Once you have been notified by email that you are eligible to book an appointment, you can ask it to show you the next available slots. The chat will then offer you a choice of ten appointment times, including dates, times, and the clinician. On top of this, you can choose to speak with an agent who will be able to provide more appointment availability.
Appointment Enquiries & Cancellations
Need to cancel or reschedule your appointment? Just open our live chat and ask. Whether we can make changes depends on how close it is to your current booking. If you get in touch at least two working days before your appointment, we’ll connect you with a team member who can help you make the changes.
Letter Queries
If you have a question or concern about a letter request that has been submitted to us, you can now ask the live chat for an update. The chat can let you know whether your letter has already been sent, whether it is still with our Quality Assurance team, or provide details of the most recent letter issued on your behalf.
Annual or Bi-Annual Reviews
Not sure when to expect your next review? You can use the live chat to check when your next appointment is booked. If you are unsure when your next review is due, you can also ask for the date of your last appointment, along with an approximate timeframe for when you are likely to receive your next invitation.
Shared Care Queries
Have a question about shared care? Whether you are already on shared care, have applied, or are thinking about switching, the new live chat can provide an update. You can check whether you have been accepted or whether further action is needed, such as speaking with your GP following a request.
Renewal Process
As part of your ongoing care with ADHD360, a yearly renewal fee is required. This allows us to continue working on your behalf and providing support. Through the live chat, you can check when your next renewal is due, ask questions about payment, or enquire about why the renewal is necessary to continue your care.
Right To Choose
The waiting time from referral to assessment for Right to Choose patients can vary depending on the area in which you live. You can use our live chat to find out more about the Right to Choose process and to check when you can expect to receive your appointment booking slot.
Non-Medicated Treatment Options
If you are interested in exploring options for managing your ADHD that do not involve medication, our chat bot can provide information about the therapeutic services available through ADHD360. These include nutritional advice, power hour sessions, and one-to-one support with our team.
