ADHD & Nutrition: ADHD’s Impact on Eating Behaviours

Nine in 10 people with ADHD struggle with impulsive eating, whilst missing meals is a weekly or even daily habit for almost two thirds (63%), according to a new study from leading ADHD nutritional therapists, So Nutrition.

The findings illustrate the challenges that people with ADHD face when it comes to diet and eating habits, with commentary from ADHD 360 CEO Phil Anderton included in the report.

This independent research was commissioned to mark the launch of So Nutrition Academy, which supports nutritionists, coaches and medical professionals working with neurodivergent clients.

Entitled ADHD and Nutrition: Serving up the plain truths, the report will be of interest to the healthcare community but is also a great read for anyone wanting to understand a bit more about the ways that ADHD can impact eating behaviours.
