How The Process Works

Online Screening

Register on our patient portal, Chrysalis, and complete a quick online questionnaire, including questions about your focus, mood, and daily challenges. If your results suggest you may have ADHD, we’ll invite you to book an assessment. A small deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

Get Started

Pre-assessment

Complete a short checklist and take a QbCheck – a 30–40-minute test you can do at home. It helps us understand your attention, activity, and impulsivity levels. The checklist covers your medical history, mood, sleep, and basic health information, giving your clinician a well-rounded view ahead of your assessment.

Assessment & Diagnosis

Have a video call with one of our ADHD clinicians. Using internationally recognised questions, we’ll assess whether you meet the criteria for ADHD diagnosis.

Personalised Treatment Plan

If diagnosed, we will build a personalised 12-month treatment plan that works for you. This begins with a ‘titration period’ which commences at the end of your assessment, where we find the right ADHD medication and dosage that works for you. You’ll have regular follow-up calls (usually every three weeks) and access to our ADHD specialists via email whenever you need them.

Stable & Optimised

Once your treatment is ‘stable and optimised’, we will ask you to complete a second QbCheck to see how things have improved. We will also contact your GP to explore ‘Shared Care’, where they can take over prescribing your medication long-term.

Ongoing support

To enhance your treatment, you can access optional extras like counselling, coaching, peer support groups and webinars. We’ll be here whenever you need us.
