Looking to make sure you're ready for an upcoming appointment with ADHD360?
All assessments at ADHD360 take place on Microsoft Teams. If you’ll be joining through your web browser, use the check below to make sure your camera, microphone and speakers are working.
If you’ll be using the Microsoft Teams app on a Windows or Mac computer, you can make a test call from within the app. Microsoft’s guide explains how to make a test call in Teams.
Before your assessment, find a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted, ideally a room with the door closed. Try to keep background noise and distractions to a minimum. We recommend that you join your call on a Laptop or PC if available, however a mobile device will still work.
Whichever way you join, Teams will show you a preview of your camera and microphone before you enter your appointment. We recommend joining a few minutes early so you have time to check everything.

On the day, our co-ordinators are on hand to help. If something isn't working when you try to join, don't worry. If you haven't joined your call by your appointment time, a co-ordinator will contact you to help get things sorted.
