A video call three days before your assessment helps you get to know your clinician, ask questions, and feel fully prepared for what’s ahead.
You’ll be matched with a senior clinician experienced in treating ADHD alongside co-occurring conditions — including anxiety, autism, hormonal influences, and more — ensuring the right expertise for your unique profile.
Treatment
Developed by your clinician, this plan is tailored to your unique lifestyle, goals, and health profile, following NICE Guidelines.
Usually scheduled every three weeks during titration to track your treatment progress, review feedback, and make any necessary adjustments until we get the dosage just right. Follow-ups take place via phone or questionnaire. For ADHD360 premium patients, follow-ups are held via video call with your clinician, offering more face-to-face time for tailored support and a deeper connection throughout your journey.

Follow-up diagnostics, including QbCheck, to objectively evaluate your progress once we get the dosage just right—what we refer to as 'stable and optimised'—helping you reach your full potential.
We’ll initiate and support establishing a shared care agreement with your GP once you’re stable and optimised. If accepted, this allows you to access your medication through the NHS, making your medication more affordable. *If local shared care options are unavailable: We will continue to provide private prescriptions to ensure your treatment remains uninterrupted (please note that medication costs are not included).
12 Months of Ongoing Support

Stay connected with our mobile app—access your treatment plan and GP correspondence, get push notifications and reminders, and connect to our team through online chat.
Join our weekly Power Hour sessions as often as you like — an open space to ask questions, share experiences, and dive into key ADHD topics. Sessions are held via Zoom and cost £10 each. ADHD360 premium patients receive full, unlimited access at no extra cost.

Conducted as required, exceeding minimum recommendations, to support your progress. After each review, a letter will be sent to your GP to keep them informed.
Request personalised letters confirming your ADHD medication to meet international travel requirements, allowing you to travel with peace of mind.
Includes 2-3 hours dedicated to creating personalised letters to support your needs for schools, employers or social services.
Beyond your first year
After your first year with us (365 days from your assessment), renewing your package is required to continue your treatment plan.
If you are in shared care, this renewal allows us to maintain your shared care agreement with your GP, enabling them to keep prescribing your ADHD medication through the NHS. Without a shared care agreement and ongoing input from your ADHD specialist, as required by NICE guidelines, your GP cannot continue prescribing your medication. For those receiving prescriptions directly from ADHD 360, renewal is essential to maintain your treatment plan and our support.
Renewing means we’ll be here to provide necessary care reviews and updates to your GP, helping keep your treatment safe and consistent.
*Medication charges are not included in the renewal pricing and are billed separately.

To support you as you continue your treatment journey, we offer reduced renewal rates after the first year, recognising that the initial assessment and diagnostic work have been completed. Renewals are £450 when paid in full or £540 with a flexible 3-month payment plan.
