About Me

I have been working in the ADHD field since 2018 starting with my participation in a randomised controlled trial on ADHD at HMP ISIS, led by Professor Asherton.

Since then, my focus and expertise have grown in the area of adult ADHD. As a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC), I am committed to delivering quality care and making a positive impact on my patients' lives.

I have experienced many rewarding moments throughout my career, but the ones that stand out the most are when I can help a patient experience a better quality of life.

This drives me to continually enhance my knowledge and skills by reading the latest publications, receiving regular supervision, participating in peer-to-peer reviews, and recently completing the ADHD 360 Academy.

For me, the best part of my job is the opportunity to meet my patients and gain insights into their lives. It's always an enriching experience to go into their lives and provide them with personalised care and support.

My goal is to provide compassionate care to those with Adult ADHD and help them achieve their full potential.

When I'm not working, I enjoy playing tennis, watching rugby, and going to the gym. These activities help me relax and recharge, so I can be at my best when helping patients.
