Hi I’m Helen, I’m an advanced nurse practiotioner / Prescriber with a varied background which has taken me from mental health/CAHMS to general practice / urgent care. I really enjoy building a great rapport with patients. I love to help patients with their ADHD journey, It is an honour and a privilege to help people finally understand their past lives, and to embrace their future with hope, confidence and an increased quality of life.
