The Roles We Have Available
Our ADHD Careers team are always looking for confident and competent Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP’s) who are passionate about what they do and want to make a difference.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will triage, assess, diagnose, and treat our private and NHS patients regarding ADHD.
You will take your patients through their custom treatment plan until they are on track to becoming the best version of themself, are deemed ‘stable and optimised’ on their medication and are referred for shared care with their GP.
To aid in your personal growth and development, you can expect peer-to-peer supervision regularly, your line manager will sit in on clinics regularly, and our external supervisor will also supervise clinics periodically.
At ADHD 360 we have a strong learning culture and believe our specialist knowledge and experience set us apart. As an ANP You will complete our Advanced Nurse Practitioner Academy; our in house training academy designed by some of the best ADHD nurse practitioners in the country and certified by the CPD.
Through this, we can ensure that all of our Advanced Nurse Practitioners have all the knowledge and tools they need to proficiently diagnose and design treatment plans for all of our patients; advancing their ADHD Careers.
Over the last 12 months, there has been an immeasurable increase in the need for ADHD diagnosis and treatment, but proficient ADHD practitioners are in short supply.
In response to this, we launched an external Advanced Nurse Practitioner Academy focused on offering an opportunity for medical staff to join the fight to improve ADHD diagnosis and treatment across the UK and beyond.
If you are a confident nurse looking to specialise or switch to a rewarding ADHD career that changes lives, find out more about the ADHD 360 Academy.

At ADHD 360 we pride ourselves on having a flat ADHD Careers culture where everyone has a voice no matter what position they hold in our business.
The quality of our services sits at the heart of our culture. We have 5 key areas that we base our culture on:
- The acceptance of help: There are no prima donnas at ADHD 360
- Respect and Protection of each other: We all work as a team striving for the same end goal; to offer the best and be the best
- Encouragement: We have a lot of fun at work, and we encourage each other
- We don’t do blame: We all stand by each other, when mistakes are made we look for the learning and move forward
- HONK: This comes from a lesson from Saatchi and Saatchi, Why geese fly in their V formation. If someone needs help they’ll HONK, it’s what you’ll hear in our office. We’re never frightened to say I need help.
The difference that we make within our ADHD Careers
Treating people for ADHD is all about changing their lives, the difference we make changes each and every life we touch in different ways, but the end result is always a happier, confident, and safer patient.
Is there anything more rewarding?
Forget inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. They are the words of the DMS.
We focus on what our patients really want out of life being assessed and treated for ADHD. These are the problems we solve.
We ask our patients to set 3 goals for treatments and they become your job as the clinician to get them where they need to be.
Only when they’re making good progress or achieved their goals can we say “we’ve done it” and there truly isn’t anything more satisfying or rewarding than that feeling!
This is why we believe a Career In ADHD truly is a better, more fulfilling medical journey.
