  • Managing inbound communications via phone and email.
  • Manage multiple tasks at the same time; such as, prioritising and organising time

Team Manager

Location: Sheffield

As the manager of a dedicated team committed to patient excellence you'll be expected to deliver the role with passion, ownership and commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all transactional activity across the Sheffield front office environment.
  • Managing Sheffield secretarial staff, ensuring their roles are fulfilled and tasks are being actioned efficiently.

Enquiries Secretarial Administrator

Location: Nettleham LN2

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound enquiries through platforms such as the telephone, social media, live chat and email.
  • Working with our patients, helping them arrange appointments and assisting them to document their medical progress through the treatment pathway.
