Enquiries Administrator

Location: Nettleham LN2

Enquiries Administrators at ADHD 360 are integral members of a dedicated team, devoted to achieving excellence in patient care. you are expected to perform with enthusiasm, take responsibility, demonstrating a strong commitment to the task.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to Inbound enquiries from our existing patients by telephone, social media, email and Live-Chat
  • Supporting our existing patients with their queries relating to their current treatment

Secretarial Administrator

Location: Nettleham LN2

Secretarial Administrators at ADHD 360 are part of a dedicated team, committed to patient excellence and you'll be expected to deliver the role with passion, ownership and commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Write letters to GPs and other medical professionals to a high standard ensuring that they are accurate, informative, and professional
  • Manage the electronic filing of documents and email correspondence

Nurse Practitioner

Location: Remote

As an integral part of our organisation, The ADHD Clinician will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating and monitoring treatment plans. You will possess a strong understanding of evidence-based practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate adults, and/or children, and young people for ADHD, considering potential cooccurring conditions to inform diagnostic decisions.
  • Apply clinical judgment and experience to make treatment decisions, utilising advanced skills and knowledge in managing ADHD in adults and/or children and young people.

Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Nettleham, Lincoln LN2

As a QA officer you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring that our patients receive a five-star service and collate the evidence to demonstrate how we meet and exceed legislative and governance expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Assuring the quality of our patient journey
  • Collaboration with all other departments, clinical and non-clinical
  • Ensuring that all correspondence with other stakeholders is of the highest quality and meets expected standards

Senior Secretarial Administrator

Location: Unit 5, Deepdale Enterprise Park, Nettleham LN2

Responsible for the supervision of a small dedicated fast paced secretarial team. Ensuring all team and individual tasks are fulfilled within a timely manner and to the required standard.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising the secretary team ensuring tasks are fulfilled in a timely manner and to the required standard
  • Oversight of the clinical diary for allocated clinicians
