Are you interested in joining the ADHD Family?

We are always looking for confident and competent Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP’s) who are passionate about what they do and want to make a difference. We'd love to hear from you and have a chat!

The Roles We Have Available

Our ADHD Careers team are always looking for confident and competent Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP’s) who are passionate about what they do and want to make a difference.

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will triage, assess, diagnose, and treat our private and NHS patients regarding ADHD.

You will take your patients through their custom treatment plan until they are on track to becoming the best version of themself, are deemed ‘stable and optimised’ on their medication and are referred for shared care with their GP.

To aid in your personal growth and development, you can expect peer-to-peer supervision regularly, your line manager will sit in on clinics regularly, and our external supervisor will also supervise clinics periodically.

At ADHD 360 we have a strong learning culture and believe our specialist knowledge and experience set us apart. As an ANP You will complete our Advanced Nurse Practitioner Academy; our in house training academy designed by some of the best ADHD nurse practitioners in the country and certified by the CPD.

Through this, we can ensure that all of our Advanced Nurse Practitioners have all the knowledge and tools they need to proficiently diagnose and design treatment plans for all of our patients; advancing their ADHD Careers.

Over the last 12 months, there has been an immeasurable increase in the need for ADHD diagnosis and treatment, but proficient ADHD practitioners are in short supply.

In response to this, we launched an external Advanced Nurse Practitioner Academy focused on offering an opportunity for medical staff to join the fight to improve ADHD diagnosis and treatment across the UK and beyond.

If you are a confident nurse looking to specialise or switch to a rewarding ADHD career that changes lives, find out more about the ADHD 360 Academy.

Your Career With ADHD 360

How we hire

At ADHD 360 we don’t believe in arduous hiring processes within ADHD Careers.

We’ve all been there, you find a job you really set your heart and soul on it, and then you go through a long, arduous process that you just lose that passion.

We can’t have that, we won’t have that.

We have incredibly high expectations for our team and we know exactly what we’re looking for. Our hiring process is structured but simple:

We do our checks:

We make sure you tick all the boxes for key competencies, but then we want passion, drive and we want you to own the treatment you’re going to deliver.

Once we’re satisfied that you tick all the boxes the process starts with a two-stage ADHD Careers interview:

Stage 1:

You’ll be invited for your ADHD Careers stage 1 interview with our Managing Director, Phil Anderton where you will:

  • Discuss your qualifications, experience, skills and competencies in depth
  • Learn about ADHD 360, its culture and how you could fit into the team
  • We learn about you, what you’re looking for and how you think you fit into our culture and way of working
  • Most of our ANP’s are home-based. We’ll discuss how that suits you and how we support our home-based workforce
Stage 2:

You’ll be invited for your ADHD Careers stage 2 interview with our Clinical Director, Lisa Mangle where you will:

  • Delve deep into our clinical practices
  • Learn about ADHD 360, its culture and how you could fit into the team
  • We learn about you, what you’re looking for and how you think you fit into our culture and way of working.
  • Most of our ANP’s are home-based. We’ll discuss how that suits you and how we support our home-based workforce.

Our ADHD Careers

The ADHD 360 culture and workplace

At ADHD 360 we pride ourselves on having a flat ADHD Careers culture where everyone has a voice no matter what position they hold in our business.

The quality of our services sits at the heart of our culture. We have 5 key areas that we base our culture on:

  1. The acceptance of help: There are no prima donnas at ADHD 360
  2. Respect and Protection of each other: We all work as a team striving for the same end goal; to offer the best and be the best
  3. Encouragement: We have a lot of fun at work, and we encourage each other
  4. We don’t do blame: We all stand by each other, when mistakes are made we look for the learning and move forward
  5. HONK: This comes from a lesson from Saatchi and Saatchi, Why geese fly in their V formation. If someone needs help they’ll HONK, it’s what you’ll hear in our office. We’re never frightened to say I need help.

The difference that we make within our ADHD Careers

Treating people for ADHD is all about changing their lives, the difference we make changes each and every life we touch in different ways, but the end result is always a happier, confident, and safer patient.

Is there anything more rewarding?

Forget inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. They are the words of the DMS.

We focus on what our patients really want out of life being assessed and treated for ADHD. These are the problems we solve.

We ask our patients to set 3 goals for treatments and they become your job as the clinician to get them where they need to be.

Only when they’re making good progress or achieved their goals can we say “we’ve done it” and there truly isn’t anything more satisfying or rewarding than that feeling!

This is why we believe a Career In ADHD truly is a better, more fulfilling medical journey.
